Take a yoga sleep journey with Yoga Nidra. In this 90 min class we will work on building your nidra nest and experience 60 min of Yoga Nidra.
In this practice access states of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep states. Nidra can help diminish states of stress and anxiety while cultivating a state of deep relaxation.
